I will say I was a little bit resistant to the information at first, but as soon as I opened the book and started reading it, it answered every question I had ever had with no answers to.
I was a professional athlete, and so nutrition and the body have always been something that I've been interested in, but everything that I cross pass with, it never really worked. working out with MM information knowing that all you need is glucose and mineral salts and to use your muscles. I see more results than before.
The whole gym culture I think is quite unhealthy because people are having so many fake ingredients and artificial colors and flavors and way too much protein, way too much fat. And a lot of these people are training at the gym all the time and they're getting unhealthier. There's a lot of distortion out there. There's a lot of misinformation out there.
