What I like most about the Medical Medium protocols is it's not a one size fits all.
You can customize it to your lifestyle, and you can still see a lot of improvements in your health.
So initially I just started with the Morning Cleanse, which is 16oz of lemon water. And then you wait 15 minutes. Then you do your celery juice.
Celery is a perfect electrolyte. It's like a cluster salt. It nourishes your brain. It strips viruses and bacteria of their membrane as it's going through the body.
After you do the celery juice, you can do a fruit smoothie.
He has the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. He also has the Liver Rescue smoothie.
Don't put any protein powder, and that is your food till noon.
You can do like 2 or 3 servings of the smoothie if you want. I usually do one liver rescue smoothie and then I do the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie sometimes. And then you can do fats and proteins for lunch and for dinner.
But he recommends if you're trying to heal just to do one serving of fat and protein. So you can make a lot of progress just by eliminating the troublemaker foods.
