Thyme Tea Shock Therapy

This powerful original Medical Medium healing tool from Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes helps to rebuild your immune system by fueling it with what it needs to fight an infection.

Thyme contains a phytochemical compound that is antiviral, antibacterial, antimold, anti-yeast, and anti–unproductive fungus that stays circulating inside the bloodstream long after nutrients from other foods have either been utilized, dissipated, or eliminated out of the body. Thyme lingers, creating a time-released protective barrier against pathogens. Thyme’s phytochemical compounds enter every organ inside the body, versus other herbs that only enter certain organs in the body.

Medical Medium Thyme Tea Shock Therapy Directions:

  • Make a special brew of Thyme Tea with 12 sprigs of fresh thyme per cup of hot water. (If you only have access to dried thyme, use 2 tablespoons dried herb per cup of hot water.) Let steep for at least 15 minutes. Remove the thyme sprigs or strain the tea, especially if you’re using dried thyme.
  • Drink 1 cup of this potent Thyme Tea every three waking hours.
  • You can do this therapy for three to five days, and then switch to the dosage in an individual supplement list from Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes.
  • After a week or more off Thyme Tea Shock Therapy, you’re welcome to try another round of it.
  • You can make your Thyme Tea with less thyme if you’re sensitive.
  • You have the option to sweeten your Thyme Tea with the juice of a half lemon and/or 1 teaspoon of raw honey per cup of tea.
  • You’re welcome to make more than one serving of Thyme Tea at a time, multiplying the ingredients accordingly, and then set aside the extra portions to drink throughout the day. You don’t have to drink the tea hot or warm. It’s fine to drink the tea lukewarm or cool.

For children, brew the same Thyme Tea as above, and then give your child these adjusted amounts for this therapy:

  • Ages 1 to 2: 1 ounce of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • Ages 3 to 4: 2 ounces of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • Ages 5 to 8: 3 ounces of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • Ages 9 to 12: 4 ounces of cool or warm (not hot) tea every three waking hours
  • Ages 13 and up: 6 ounces of cool, warm, or hot tea every three waking hours
