Celery juice enhances your entire body’s immune system. Your immune system is constantly working to kill off viruses and bacteria, and it needs the support of specific mineral salts to do all it can for you. Certain cells in your immune system find enormous support from the mineral salts in celery.
Your liver’s individual immune system also relies on the undiscovered types of mineral salts inside of celery; it uses them specifically to strengthen its lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell), allowing the liver to fight more battles for us and have a better chance of ridding us of strep and other SIBO bacteria that can tag along with it. The white blood cells absorb the mineral salts through their cell structure as nectar and then use them as an offense mechanism, not just a defense mechanism.
Your liver’s lymphocytes use celery’s mineral salts to create a chemical weapon to harm unproductive bacteria such as strep. You’ll often hear me say that certain truths will take decades for medical research and science to discover. This one will take hundreds of years.
